The parameters used for this market analysis were: Cherry Hill, New Jersey Split level style homes. Data was gathered from Trend MLS. The resulting graphs (below) tabulate trends (in rolling three month increments) for 387 sales that closed during the period from 6/1/2006 to 8/31/2009 as well as 63 current active listings.
