Michael Beresin, President

Michael was raised in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania (Delaware County) and graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Business Administration.  He has 15 years of appraisal and appraisal management experience with World Savings (acquired by Wachovia, and now Wells Fargo), a $100 billion plus bank that was consistently ranked by Fortune Magazine as one of the best managed companies within the Financial Services Industry.  Michael progressively held the positions of Staff Appraiser, District Appraisal Manager, Region Appraisal Manager, Appraisal Quality Manager, and Division Appraisal Manager.  World's appraisal department was recognized during his time there as a leader in the appraisal industry.
