Michael Beresin, President

Prior to establishing Appraisal Trend, Michael Beresin spent 15 years with a Fortune 500 financial services company beginning as a staff appraiser and later held a variety of appraisal managements positions where he directed appraisal quality, training, service and production activities for several large eastern US states. 

Michael is known as a training innovator with extensive experience in real estate appraisal techniques, market research and trend analysis.  A creative problem solver, and an excellent quality control, service and productivity facilitator.  Always organized and detail oriented. 

He has the innate ability to evaluate and report property risk...especially important to portfolio and secondary market participants.  Described by one LinkedIn endorser as being "one of the most ethical and passionate professionals that I have worked with in my 20 years..."

Michael grew up in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania (Delaware County) and currently resides in West Chester.  He lived in Cherry Hill, New Jersey for over 10 years and as a result understands a variety of Real estate market areas in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
