The parameters used for this market analysis were:  Gloucester Township, NJ, cape and bungalow style detached homes with age of 30 and greater.  Data was gathered from Trend MLS.  The resulting graphs (below) tabulate trends (in rolling three month increments) for 159 sales that closed during the period from 6/1/2006 to 8/31/2009 as well as 41 current active listings.
