The parameters used for this market analysis were:  Levittown (Bristol Twp, Falls Twp, Middletown Twp and Tullytown), PA, 3 bedroom, detached SFR's.  Data was gathered from Trend MLS.  The resulting graphs (below) tabulate trends (in rolling three month increments) for 692 sales that closed during the period from 6/1/2006 to 8/31/2009 as well as 59 current active listings.
