The parameters used for this market analysis were:  Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, 2 bedroom condos.  Data was gathered from Trend MLS.  The resulting graphs (below) tabulate trends (in rolling three month increments) for 754 sales that closed during the period from 6/1/2006 to 8/31/2009 as well as 123 current active listings.
