The parameters used for this market analysis were:  Southern Chester County (W. Nottingham Twp, E. Nottingham Twp, Lower Oxford Twp, Upper Oxford Twp) PA, detached SFR's ranging in age from 0 to 15 years.  Data was gathered from Trend MLS.  The resulting graphs (below) tabulate trends (in rolling three month increments) for 294 sales that closed during the period from 6/1/2006 to 8/31/2009 as well as 70 current active listings.
